My store was refurbished by Tri-Design mid July of this year (2010). It entailed major work where the old store was pulled down and a new one built in its place.

Firstly let my say, I was delighted with the customer service I received from the team at Tri-Design. They were extremely professional in their approach and always on call to answer any queries and concerns. Nothing was too much trouble and it all went extremely smoothly. I reckon I could have gone on holidays for a week as everything was planned and executed to a specific program where I really had no part to play, except for my own curiosity! It was exciting to visit my store each day and see the progress being made.

The complete job only took 6 days to finish! Other shop fitters that I received quotes from could not guarantee me that specific time line. Time is money and this fact alone saved me thousands with down time being kept to an absolute minimum.

I would have to say that the standard of workmanship and the quality of the products used was second to none! I am very happy with my brand new Wendy’s at Forest Lake and so are my staff and customers alike. The comments have all been very positive.

I would not hesitate to recommend Greg Baker from Tri-Design if you are considering a refurb! Greg prides himself on quality and excellence in customer service. ‘Keeping the customer happy’ is paramount to the success of his business and he will go the ‘extra mile’ to achieve that outcome. The after sales service is fabulous too with a very quick response to ‘get it right’ now!
